STV, Inc. is seeking a Lead/Director Real Estate Economist to join our Infrastructure and Grants Advisory team.

This senior role leads complex projects, mentors staff, and engages directly with clients to advance development feasibility, market studies, and investment strategies. Ideal candidates have 15–20 years in real estate economics or related consulting, with strong financial modeling and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in economics, statistics, urban planning, real estate development, or related field.
• 15–20 years of professional experience in real estate economics, land use planning, or related consulting fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and advising senior decision makers.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex findings into board-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex real estate and economic development projects with market analysis and pro forma modeling.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering land use, real estate, and infrastructure strategies.
• Advise clients on development feasibility, zoning, regulatory frameworks and policy considerations.
• Conduct financial analysis including pro forma modeling and investment strategy evaluation.
• Lead market research, demand analysis, and business case development for transit-oriented projects.
• Develop public-private partnership strategies and funding approaches.
• Prepare and present reports and executive briefings to senior stakeholders.
