STV is seeking a highly experienced Lead/Director Real Estate Economist to join our Infrastructure and Grants Advisory team in the United States. The role involves leading complex real estate and economic development projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and advising senior clients on feasibility, policy, and investment strategies.

Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, with 15–20 years of experience in real estate economics or related consulting fields.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in economics, statistics, business, urban planning, real estate development, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of professional experience in real estate economics, land use planning, economic development, or related consulting fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and advising senior decision makers.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data management skills (MS Excel) and MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex real estate and economic development projects with market and financial analyses.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering land use, real estate, and infrastructure strategies.
• Advise clients on development feasibility, zoning, and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct and oversee financial analysis including pro forma modeling and investment evaluation.
• Develop public private partnership strategies and innovative funding approaches.
• Prepare high quality reports and executive briefings for senior stakeholders.
