You will curate databases for Real Estate Development, Construction, Lease Administration, and Facilities, producing timely reports for committees and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years GIS/database experience, proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Excel, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-department initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Business Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of GIS/Database experience and/or database management.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, Access, Excel, Smartsheet, SQL Studio, GIS.

Aufgaben

• Create, manage, and maintain real estate databases (Real Estate SQL, REC, Costar) and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly Real Estate Committee materials and REC decks.
• Provide timely market research reports on store targets, relocations, closures, and multi-location strategies.
• Develop district realignment maps and support new store numbering with the New Store Team.
• Collaborate across Real Estate, Operations, and Pricing with data-driven insights.
