Job summary

AMD seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead real estate and infrastructure transactions. You will own end-to-end deals—from site acquisition and leasing to project finance and structured credit—working with Strategy, Capital Markets, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with complex commercial real estate, data center, or digital infrastructure transactions.
• Strong background in capital markets and structured finance related to data centers or energy.
• Experience negotiating energy agreements (PPA), interconnection, and utility arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for AMD's data center transactions, including site acquisition, leasing, and credit structures.
• Support strategic partnerships, co-investment structures, and financing components with lenders, sponsors, and investors.
• Lead capital markets and structured finance activities supporting data center programs, project finance, and equipment financing.
• Review electricity infrastructure and power purchase agreements, interconnection, and related utility arrangements for new facilities.
• Advise on energy regulatory matters and power procurement risks with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate diligence (title, survey, environmental) and manage outside counsel; develop scalable templates and playbooks.
