Job summary

Buchalter LLP is seeking a Senior Counsel with 7+ years of real estate transactional experience to support our Real Estate Practice Group in Scottsdale, AZ.

The successful candidate will handle acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing across various commercial assets, draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases and loan documents, and advise on title, zoning and due diligence. Arizona bar admission is required, with strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Advising on title, survey, zoning, and due diligence.
• Ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing.
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
