Qualifications

• JD and active U.S. bar license required.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; mix of law firm and in-house preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, subleases, renewals, terminations, SNDAs, estoppels, and related agreements.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Advise business stakeholders on legal risk, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and manage outside counsel as needed.
