Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's and Law degree, with 8-10 years' experience in retail legal environments. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $220,000.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience at a top law firm and/or in-house environment.
• In-depth experience as deal counsel, particularly leasing experience.
• Strong big-box retail negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance regarding lease provisions and operational issues.
• Assist in management of all real-estate related litigation.
