• Mastery of complex real estate financing mechanisms, joint venture negotiations, and sophisticated corporate structures.
• Executive with strong business acumen and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex, multi-party commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise on capital stack formation, including senior construction loans, mezzanine financing, and institutional partners.
• Structure and manage sophisticated joint venture arrangements with landowners, lenders, and equity partners.
• Navigate zoning, entitlements, environmental compliance, and entitlement processes for large-scale developments.
• Direct corporate architecture, governance, risk management, and insurance frameworks for asset portfolios.
