AdventHealth, a Florida-based healthcare system, seeks an experienced real estate attorney to join our growing legal team. The role focuses on leasing, property management, land/building acquisitions, and real estate development as a strategic partner to markets and executives.

The ideal candidate brings sound legal and business judgment, practical advice, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders, operators, and outside counsel to drive AdventHealth’s growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide practical legal advice to executives and business units.
• Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters.
• Experience in in-house or corporate legal services environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs and senior leaders on healthcare law and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with Legal Services and business leaders to resolve issues.
• Provide counsel to AdventHealth facilities for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage outside counsel and litigation support as needed.
• Draft memoranda and legal documents responding to government or internal inquiries.
• Support risk management decisions and drive compliant business practices.
