AdventHealth in Florida seeks an experienced real estate attorney to join the growing legal team. The role focuses on leasing, property management, acquisitions, and real estate development to support AdventHealth’s growth.

You will partner with markets, executives, and outside counsel to deliver practical, compliant legal guidance. Ideal candidate will demonstrate sound business judgment, strong communication, and the ability to integrate legal strategy with healthcare operations across

Qualifications

Knowledge of legal principles and related areas of law.
Strong legal research capabilities with Lexis and other tools.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues clearly and concisely.
Ability to work with leadership and teams across the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and research databases.

Responsibilities

Advise CEOs, executive management, compliance and medical staff on health care law matters.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws across locations.
Coordinate with Legal Services and business leaders to resolve issues.
Manage outside counsel and litigation support as needed.
Draft memoranda and legal documents responding to government and internal inquiries.
Support development of compliant policies and practices.
