The Boring Company seeks a real estate attorney to lead and support commercial real estate transactions in Texas. You will draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and development agreements while performing due diligence and risk analysis to support company objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, an active law license, and the ability to coordinate with title companies and government agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law at a law firm or in-house.
• Experience managing sophisticated real estate transactions end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support commercial real estate transactions from negotiations through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements and development agreements.
• Conduct due diligence including title, survey, zoning and environmental/regulatory matters.
• Advise stakeholders on real estate risks and transactional structures.
• Coordinate with title companies, surveyors and government agencies throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain standard templates and processes to improve efficiency.
