BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney for its Naples, Florida practice. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of commercial and residential real estate experience and a JD with active Florida Bar membership.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents; conducting due diligence; advising on structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance; and collaborating with practice leadership to grow the real

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Interest in long-term leadership and practice development.
• Willingness to relocate to Naples, FL.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review.
• Advise clients on transactional structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
• Work closely with practice leadership to expand service offerings.
• Mentor and collaborate within the team.
• Contribute to client development and long-term practice growth.
