BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our Naples, Florida office. The ideal candidate has eight or more years handling commercial and residential real estate transactions and will work closely with senior leadership to grow the firm's real estate practice.

This role emphasizes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, along with due diligence and risk management.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar member.
• Minimum eight years of experience in real estate law.
• Experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Willing to relocate to Naples, FL area.
• JD degree required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review.
• Advise clients on transactional structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to expand service offerings.
• Mentor and support collaboration within the team.
• Contribute to client development and long-term practice growth.
