Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active CA State Bar license.
• Substantial experience in real estate, construction, or civil litigation; California procedural rules familiarity.
• Strong drafting, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload including real estate, construction, and civil litigation matters.
• Appear regularly in court for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client advisories.
• Prepare for trial, organize evidence and coordinate witness testimony.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and clarify options.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff throughout case development.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
