Responsibilities

• Represent clients before CRD, EEOC, and California Labor Commissioner.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Engage in law and motion work, including dispositive motions.
• Prepare case evaluations and manage cases proactively.
• Attend mediations, court hearings, and participate in arbitration and trial proceedings.
