Jobot is seeking a Permanent Litigation Attorney in California to handle a broad range of real estate, commercial, business, property, and construction litigation matters. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, integrity, and excellence within a dynamic legal team.

You will manage diverse caseloads, conduct thorough research, draft pivotal documents, and negotiate settlements to protect clients’ interests while collaborating with a skilled team of attorneys and paralegals.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Active California State Bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years in real estate, commercial, business, property, and construction litigation
• Proven litigation track record and settlements negotiation
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
• High ethics and integrity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies with evidence to defend or prosecute civil cases
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence, prepare documents, advise clients on rights
• Manage all litigation phases from investigation to appeal
• Negotiate settlements in complex cases to avoid court and reduce costs
• Develop relationships with clients to understand business objectives and legal needs
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure best representation
