Job summary

Greystar seeks a Senior Casualty Claims Consultant to provide strategic claim guidance for internal and external stakeholders. You will maintain relationships while delivering high-level claim consulting for real estate portfolios.

Responsibilities include managing intake-to-resolution workflows, mediations, data-driven program analysis, and cross-line collaboration to enhance quality and innovation. Travel may be required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required; business-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Casualty Claims adjuster/advocate within real estate.
• Knowledge of claim handling processes and insurance laws.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide claim strategy, consulting, and advocacy for stakeholders.
• Manage workflow from intake to resolution of claim matters.
• Participate in mediations and drive high-quality claim services.
• Analyze data to assess programs and improve quality and performance.
• Collaborate across lines to coordinate claims and strengthen innovation.
