Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
• Local State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Some portable book of business and client development success.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and purchase agreements.
• Conduct real estate due diligence, including title reviews.
• Handle real estate finance transactions and development contracts.
• Engage in industry groups and business development activities.
