Oculus Group in New York City is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Real Estate Associate to join its premier Real Estate practice. You will advise clients on complex transactions and collaborate with national and international colleagues across multiple offices.

The role emphasizes independent matter management, mentorship of juniors, and exposure to high-level CRE work, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.

Formación

• 4 to 6 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience (preferably in a large law firm).
• Excellent academic credentials; strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients in complex commercial real estate purchases, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Structure and negotiate real estate debt financings, loan restructurings, and workouts.
• Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements and equity documentation.
• Manage transaction work streams with autonomy and interact with key clients.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior associates and paralegals.
