Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and strategic performance of an assigned real estate portfolio.
• Develop asset management strategies to enhance value and sustainability.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for assets.
• Coordinate capital renewal, tenant improvements, and facility enhancements.
• Lead lease administration activities and vendor management.
• Provide leadership and professional development for staff.
