Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• 4 years of people management experience.
• A Santa Clara grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly.
• The composure to deliver bad news early and clearly.
• 3 years that taught you which corners can be cut.
• Comfort steering general conversations toward a decision.
