Responsibilities

• Field Carlsbad client curveballs without losing the thread.
• Know when a call is preferable to an email for relationship management.
• Spot where work ethic flags before it appears in a dashboard.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Keep the California engine running while rebuilding parts of it.
