Marquette Management, Inc is seeking a Senior Acquisitions Analyst in Chicago, IL. The role leads advanced financial underwriting, valuation, and market analysis for multifamily and mixed‑use acquisitions, mentoring junior staff and elevating underwriting standards.

You will validate assumptions, present analyses to executives, and drive portfolio growth across the Midwest. Strong communication and ownership are essential in this high‑impact position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or related financial roles.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, preferably within multifamily or commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced financial underwriting, valuation, and sensitivity analysis for multifamily and mixed‑use acquisition opportunities.
• Evaluate deal structures, pricing, and return metrics to assess risk‑adjusted investment performance.
• Review and validate underwriting assumptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with investment criteria.
• Conduct in‑depth market and submarket analysis to support acquisition strategy and portfolio growth.
• Prepare and present investment analysis, memos, and recommendations for executive leadership and investment committees.
• Communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
• Mentor and support Acquisitions Analysts, strengthening underwriting standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Acquisitions, Asset Management, and leadership teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of underwriting models, processes, and analytical tools.
