Job summary

The Ascendancy Group seeks an experienced NSWG-1 Professional Development and Readiness Coordinator and Tactical Ground Mobility Specialist to synchronize, coordinate, and track training pipelines across NSWG-1’s seven component commands.

This role requires 10+ years in relevant fields, DoD training systems experience, and a SECRET clearance. It emphasizes logistics, budgets, and transport coordination within a small team dedicated to national security objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years relevant experience in training coordination, logistics, or program management.
2+ recent years supporting NSW/SOF.
Experience with military training databases and DoD training systems (CeTARS, CANTRAC, ATRRS, NLEAD, JLLS).
Experience managing training portals, rosters, prerequisites, and schedules.
Proficiency with DTS/JTR and reporting for budgets and travel.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate government/contractor vehicles.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule NSW and specialized military training across multiple commands.
Manage student registration, enrollment, and prerequisites.
Maintain training records, schedules, and gear lists; monitor and adjust pathways.
Serve as primary training information POC with Naval Special Warfare commands.
Coordinate logistics, safety resources, and training rosters for contracted courses.
Manage DTS travel orders and travel documentation; track travel claims and reconciliations.
Design and maintain training information portals; track participant feedback and lessons learned.
Track and report on training budget expenditures and projections.
