Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a skilled React Native Developer to shape the future of our member-facing mobile apps. You will lead cross-platform mobile development, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in React Native, strong TypeScript, and experience with React Query, Redux, and CI/CD. This hybrid role offers NYC-area options and diverse responsibilities in a health tech environment.

Qualifications

5+ years professional React Native experience.
Proficient in TypeScript for React.
Experience with React Query, Context API, Redux.
Experience debugging native mobile issues.
Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools.
Interest in health technology sector.
Git mono-repo experience.
Experience with monitoring solutions.
Track record delivering complex mobile apps to app stores.
Strong written communication for remote work.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate proactively.

Responsibilities

Lead product design to production across team projects.
Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps in React Native and React Query.
Collaborate with design, backend, and product managers to implement features.
Optimize performance, load times, and responsiveness.
Monitor crash reports and usage metrics to ensure stability.
Stay current with mobile and React Native best practices and tools.
Refine requirements with product managers and designers before implementation.
Demonstrate technical ownership for large projects.
Make strong architectural choices from prior experience.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Judi Health Code of Conduct.
