Job summary

Judi Health seeks a seasoned React Native Developer to shape our member-facing mobile apps. You will lead cross-functional teams from design to production, building cross-platform apps with React Native, TypeScript, and modern state management.

Collaborate with designers and backend engineers, optimize performance, monitor crashes, and stay current with mobile best practices. Hybrid setup across New York, Denver, or Charlotte offices, with flexibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• Proficient in TypeScript (React).
• Deep understanding of state management tools/patterns (React Query, Context API, Redux, etc.).
• Experience debugging native mobile issues and handling device specific behavior.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools ( Fastlane, GitHub Actions ).
• Desire to work in a health technology company.
• Git code management with mono repository experience.
• Experience integrating monitoring solutions for deployed software.
• A history of delivering complex mobile applications to the app stores.
• Good written communication skills for collaboration in a remote environment.
• Ability to work autonomously driving proactive collaboration to deliver results.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented React Native Developer to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our member facing mobile apps.

Position Responsibilities

• Exercise leadership over all team products from design to production.
• Architect, develop, andmaintaincross-platform mobile applications using React Native (SwiftndKotlin where necessary) and React Query.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
• Optimizeapp performance, load times, and responsiveness.
• Monitor crash reports and usage metrics ensuring stability.
• Stay current with mobile and React Native best practices, trends, and tools
• Work with product managers and designers to refine requirements before implementation.
• Demonstratetechnical leadership over product features.
• Represent product features technically to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for large projects throughout their production lifecycles.
• Make strong architectural choices through careful evaluation and prior experience.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to continually deliver features to stakeholders and clients.

New York, NY Salary Range $139,600—$200,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range $128,000—$185,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range $116,400—$175,000 USD
