Concentrix is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to build and maintain high-impact mobile flows within the Client application. You will partner with native iOS and Android teams to deliver production-ready experiences and guide the transition from native to hybrid where sensible.

The role requires 6+ years in React Native, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and the ability to own features with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping React Native apps in production.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration across tech and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship React Native features in the Client app.
• Collaborate with iOS/Android teams to identify flows for React Native.
• Support transition of mobile experiences from native to hybrid.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UIs.
• Ensure high-quality mobile experiences aligned to business goals.
• Act as a senior IC with minimal oversight in a high-visibility program.
• Promote clean code, scalable components, and robust architecture.
• Troubleshoot React Native issues across the stack.
• Leverage in-house tools to accelerate delivery.
