Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience leading complex frontend projects at scale with significant organizational impact.
• 3-4 years of deep expertise in React Native and Expo, with a track record of shipping mobile apps.
• Proven track record shaping frontend architecture and technical strategy for consumer products.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and building org-wide growth frameworks.
• Strong collaboration across technical, design, and product teams.
• Experience with design systems and cross-platform interfaces.
• Background in consumer, social, or marketplace products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact frontend initiatives with product and engineering leadership.
• Own and evolve the architecture of web and mobile apps for performance and accessibility.
• Define standards for frontend quality, scalability, developer experience, and design system consistency.
• Partner with design and product to translate ideas into intuitive UIs.
• Own end-to-end release process for React Native apps, including submissions.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of growth and feedback.
• Champion frontend tooling, testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
• Balance rapid experimentation with scalable design to drive growth.
