Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React Native and mobile architecture.
• Track record of owning and shipping technically complex products end to end.
• Experience building high-performance applications at scale.
• Strong architectural judgment with execution bias.
• Ability to influence technical direction through clear thinking and implementation.
• Experience in high-growth, high-velocity environments.
• Crypto or blockchain experience is valuable, but mobile engineering is key.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the mobile platform while remaining hands-on.
• Own complex initiatives from architecture design through production.
• Contribute to architecture and code across the React Native stack.
• Build for performance, reliability, and security at scale.
• Integrate APIs, real-time data streams, wallets and on-chain interactions.
• Create a seamless interface between blockchain infra and mobile design.
