Job summary

MedTrainer, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer to design, validate, and maintain high-quality React applications. You will collaborate with Product and Design to build a reusable component ecosystem and a scalable design system.

You will drive frontend architecture for major React initiatives, break down requirements into actionable tasks, and lead code reviews while improving performance and reliability. This is 100% remote from anywhere in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years frontend (React).
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Advanced English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture decisions for major React initiatives.
• Break down large requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality, compliant code.
• Identify when to refactor for business impact.
• Troubleshoot complex issues from root cause to production.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to implement reusable UI components.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to the team.
