Job summary

Tek Leaders Inc. is seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer to design, build, and maintain React-based applications powering enterprise experiences. You will own the full UI lifecycle, from architecture and state management to build and deployment in a CI/CD-driven environment.

You will lead technical decisions in a Scrum team, mentor engineers, and drive coding standards. The role emphasizes AI-assisted tooling to improve speed and consistency while delivering high-quality interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience with strong React expertise.
• Proven ability to own front-end architecture, routing, and state management in a CI/CD environment.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2/OpenID Connect authentication, accessibility, and modern testing stacks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own scalable React applications using modern patterns and reusable components.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs that integrate with internal and third-party APIs.
• Define and evolve front-end architecture, including routing, state management, and UI patterns.
• Partner with UX/design and backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality experiences.
• Establish and enforce front-end engineering standards for testing, code quality, and accessibility.
