Job summary

CACI seeks a seasoned Front-End Developer - React to lead scalable UI architectures and deliver high-impact web applications that support mission-critical operations.

You will architect React/Redux solutions, mentor teammates, and integrate mapping and data-driven interfaces using LeafletJS, Next.js, and modern tooling, while collaborating across teams in a hybrid Austin, TX environment. A TS/SCI security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on React and Redux in production environments.
• 5+ years of TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Strong API design/consumption experience; Node.js is a plus.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, and automated testing with Jest or React Testing Library.
• Hybrid work with onsite 2-3 days/week in Austin, TX; TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable React architectures using Redux and RTK Query for complex state management.
• Design and deliver AI-embedded UI components and modular widget frameworks.
• Develop high-performance location-based experiences using LeafletJS or similar mapping SDKs.
• Oversee RESTful API integration and optimization for front-to-back data flow.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and champion automated testing.
