Job summary

Energy Innovation Corp. is seeking a senior React Developer to own features end-to-end and mentor peers while coordinating with a tight distributed team. The role emphasizes building robust front-end solutions and improving performance across services.

You will partner with product and engineering to ensure high-quality deliverables, drive technical excellence, and align architectural decisions with business goals. A strong focus on cloud tools and modern JavaScript is essential.

Qualifications

Senior React experience with modern JS tooling.
Ability to own features end-to-end and mentor others.
Strong communication across stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the Performance Advisory Group stack.
Lead the Scrum migration to retire legacy stack.
Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services.
Negotiate Goal Setting tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
Spot Selenium anti-patterns in reviews to prevent issues.
Mentor the senior cohort through Cloud on-call responsibilities.
Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within the team.
