The role collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure robust defect monitoring, high tool reliability, and continuous capability growth while supporting day-to-day operations and long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor defect analysis with inline defect analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and SPC/data analysis for issue resolution.
• Interest in developing Agentic AI workflows within current or future processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize real-time defect analysis toolsets and recipe development.
• Analyze tool data, monitor recipes, and drive corrective actions.
• Perform tool recoveries, lead software upgrades, and collaborate with vendors.
• Create procedures for tool operation and train engineers/technicians.
• Participate in cross-site alignment and global best-known-method sharing.
