RDA Equipment Applications Engineer to own real‑time defect analysis toolsets, develop recipes, monitor stability, and coordinate with vendors to improve tool reliability across the fab. You will write, validate, and maintain POR and engineering recipes for RDA tools, manage upgrades, perform tool recoveries, track SPC charts, analyze data, and train engineers on procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Chemical Eng, or MSE or related field.
• 2+ years in semiconductor defect analysis.
• Strong data analysis and SPC skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, validate, and maintain POR and engineering recipes for RDA toolsets.
• Demonstrate tool ownership with advanced recipe setup and vendor coordination.
• Monitor recipe requests, documentation, and updates communication.
• Lead software upgrades and implement improvements with teams and vendors.
• Establish and track SPC charts, analyze tool data, and drive improvements.
• Create and update operation and recipe procedures; train engineers/technicians.
