Job summary

Olsson seeks a Senior Engineer to join its Rail Traffic team, delivering traffic engineering and railroad coordination for nationwide projects with Class I railroads, state DOTs, and local agencies.

You will conduct site visits, review and prepare plans and studies, and collaborate with teammates on complex projects. Occasional travel to job sites for client meetings is expected. A PE license and 8+ years in traffic/transport engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 8+ years of traffic or transportation engineering experience
• Traffic engineering design experience
• Strong problem-solving and math skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
