The successful candidate will join a global team and contribute to the monitoring of cost, risk, and performance across rail projects headquartered in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a contractor.
• Experience with rail metro projects and transit systems technologies (power, signalling, telecom, SCADA).
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation and delivery skills.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and planning.
• Ability to prepare written reports and professional communications.
• Proficiency with PCs and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly statements with the Construction Manager per project plans.
• Assist in obtaining PPC approvals from the client and ensure PPC compliance.
• Coordinate with Administrative Dept to process invoices following STS procedures.
• Ensure invoices meet contractual requirements and perform re-measurements as needed.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, variation trackers, and monthly reports.
• Prepare interim progress applications and internal valuations.
