Job summary

With 10+ years in rail operations, bid leadership experience, and knowledge of rail systems, you will mentor staff and ensure high-quality reports while collaborating across our infrastructure practice.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ practical industry experience in rail operations, including service planning, feasibility studies.
• Experience leading bids and proposals for new work with clients.
• Familiarity with rail simulation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager and lead teams in executing technical projects and deliverables.
• Develop studies such as travel time, capacity, and line optimization analyses.
• Travel to client sites and attend conferences.
• Mentor junior staff and perform quality reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on solutions.
