Qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical rail operations experience.
• Experience with rail simulation software desirable (RTC/OpenTrack/RailSim/OnTrack).
• Knowledge of rail systems, signals and vehicles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team focused on positive change.

Responsibilities

• Use TrainOps software to simulate train performance and capacity.
• Develop client rail service and operating plans; support cost modeling.
• Lead studies on travel time, capacity, and traction power system performance.
• Author technical reports and mentor junior staff.
• Support feature development and documentation for TrainOps.
