Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on responsible AI practices.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Expertise in fairness metrics, bias detection, and model interpretability techniques.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAI frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and explainability.
• Develop automated testing pipelines for AI model validation and monitoring.
