Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist for full-time day shifts in California. The role performs advanced radiographic procedures, ensures patient safety, and supports the Radiology team in maintaining quality care. You will lead workflow, participate in training, and contribute to continuous improvement with management in performance metrics.

Qualifications

• CRT certificate required and ARRT must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 7 years of experience in an acute hospital setting; 4 years in lead technologist role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds in all areas of responsibility.
• Assist management in developing performance metrics for continuous monitoring of core department processes.
• Ensure continuous, effective operation and improvement of department activities.
• Communicate effectively with Radiologists and supervise onboarding and probation processes.
