Qualifications

• Current Texas MRT license (MRT) or temporary license required.
• Certificate in Basic or Advanced Life Support required.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiography (x-ray) exams on patients and ensures radiation safety procedures.
• Prepares patients, records vital signs, positions for exam, and selects imaging techniques.
• Ensures high-quality images and maintains equipment and safety standards.
• Acts as a resource and mentor to staff and less experienced technologists.
• Coordinates with physicians and department staff to manage patient flow and exam backlog.
