Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform fluoroscopy, plain films, portable x-ray and C-arm procedures across multiple clinical settings in Seattle. You will contribute to patient safety and image quality while supporting invasive procedure guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluoroscopy, plain films, portable x-ray and C-arm procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in barium studies, arthrography and myelography.
• Provide patient care to ensure safety and equipment operation during procedures.
• Guide invasive procedures with fluoroscopic assistance as needed.

Description

Performs a variety of technical procedures including fluoroscopy, plain films, portable x‑ray and c‑arm operations in various locales. Demonstrates proficiency in barium studies, arthrography, myelography, fluoroscopic guidance for invasive procedures, and provides appropriate care to patients to ensure their physical and clinical safety.

Required Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a formal radiological technology program.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist license.
• Upon hire: National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 2 years of professional radiologic technologist experience required; student training does not count.
