Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospital in California seeks a Radiology Technologist to operate conventional, fluoroscopic or portable radiology equipment to obtain radiographs. Under supervision, you may assist physicians in complex examinations, prepare contrast media, and support sterile procedures.

You will be a resource to other radiologic staff, coordinating patient flow. Required California CRT, BLS, and fluoroscopy certification within one year; the hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

Knowledge of diagnostic principles and procedures as well as operation and maintenance of radiologic equipment.
Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Provider.
Current California Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

Operates conventional, fluoroscopic or portable radiology equipment to obtain radiographs.
May assist physicians with more complex examinations and contrast media administration.
Serves as a resource for other radiologic staff and coordinates patient flow.
