Job summary

UF Health is seeking a radiologic technologist to provide radiographic services, including patient positioning and imaging, at our facility in Jacksonville, FL. The role requires ARRT certification, a Florida radiographer license, CPR, and a combination of formal education and hands-on experience.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED, plus a two-year RT program; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completed an accredited two-year Radiologic Technologist program.
• Preferred: an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Position patients prior to radiographic exposures and perform radiographic procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment and ensure image quality.
