Job summary

Tufts Medical Center in Boston is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiologic procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment that includes trauma, OR imaging, and inpatient care. The role requires an Associate degree in Radiology, ARRT certification, state license eligibility, four years of experience, and BLS.

Pay ranges from $40.53 to $51.67 hourly, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for external hires.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiology or related field required.
• ARRT certification required; state license eligible.
• Four years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform radiologic procedures per policy and standards.
• Verify patient and procedure; provide clear instructions.
• Ensure imaging protocol and scanner parameters meet standards.
• Maintain safety for patients and staff; train students/technologists as needed.
• Manage supplies and coordinate with departments to ensure quality care.
