What will you be doing as an SME RF Engineer?

• You will be the leader for all technical activities in a large scale (major metropolitan area or statewide geographic area) and responsibilities must include technical organization and oversight of work and demonstrated excellence in communications with team, project manager, and customer.

What do you bring to the table as an SME RF Engineer?

• Expertise in Planet EV, Atoll, ACP (Automatic Cell Planning), and Monte Carlo Analysis for network design and optimization.
• Proficiency with tools like TEMS Investigation, Actix, Agilent, R&S to optimize performance and solve complex issues.
• Ability to analyze drive test data and network performance statistics, improving system performance and addressing issues like accessibility and HO success rates.
• Experience making recommendations on network design, cell planning, parameter changes, and feature activations.
• Understanding the relationship between handovers, network capacity, and their optimization.
• Proficient in using Ericsson ENM, understanding KPIs, and recommending improvements to enhance network performance.
