Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an assistant to the Lead Radiation Therapist to join the radiology team in Boston. The role supports efficient operation of the clinical area, collaborates on new techniques, and helps triage emergent cases with the care team.

In this position you will also assist with orientation and instruction of new staff and students, contributing to ongoing education and patient care excellence within a leading academic medical center.

Qualifications

• Clinical work experience 2-3 years required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Lead Radiation Therapist in the efficient operation of the assigned clinical area.
• Works with the Lead and Chief Radiation Therapist to develop new techniques and assist with emerging technology projects.
• Assists with the triage and scheduling of emergent cases with other care team members.
• Assists with orientation, teaching, and instructing new staff and students.
