The Contested Environment System Analysis group is seeking a Senior-level Radiation Analysis Engineer to support cross-disciplinary teams to solve complex system architecture, requirements, and analysis challenges driven by radiation environments. Candidates should have hands‑on experience with radiation effects on materials and electronics and be able to translate those effects into practical implications for system design. The candidate will be expected to work effectively in a team environment, mentor junior engineers, and communicate progress and results through published reports and presentations. This role requires at least 60% time on‑site in either Cambridge, MA or Clearfield, UT.
Requires a Bachelor's in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or other relevant field. A Master's degree, or PhD is preferred.
Requires 5-7 years Radiation Engineering or related experience.
Applicants selected for this position must be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. A Current In scope Secret Clearance is Required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $220,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
