Davidson Technologies, Inc. in Woburn, MA is seeking a Senior Systems Product Owner to lead cross-functional teams on a missile defense program, translating mission needs into actionable product requirements.

You will own the product vision, manage the backlog, participate in PI planning, and coordinate with software, radar, and systems engineering to deliver capabilities for ground-based radar systems. Active DoD secret clearance required; SAFe experience and strong leadership are essential to

Qualifications

BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
10+ years' experience in Agile Product Owner, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
Deep knowledge of radar/sensors, system integration and test.
Experience with MATLAB and DOORS.
Leadership in complex system integration/test environments.
Experience presenting technical information to leaders or customers.
Expert knowledge in Systems Engineering and integration/test of large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

Work with government and mission stakeholders to reflect needs in backlog.
Develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Decompose system requirements into capabilities, features, and stories with acceptance criteria.
Prioritize backlog based on mission priorities, dependencies, risk, and resources.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI planning with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate across software, systems, radar, and test disciplines to ensure executable requirements.
Coordinate with other Product Owners to align cross-team dependencies.
Support verification, validation, and deployment of radar capabilities.
